He\/She is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong management, multitasking, and decision-making skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are searching for a motivated youth who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
